Our Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced confident HR specialist with a positive outlook and professional manner, to demonstrate the necessary skills, experience, confidence and ability to guide School/Academies on key human resources processes from complex ER casework to strategic thinking and project implementation.
Inquisitive, driven and an excellent communicator, you will need to instil confidence from the start with our highly valued customers, identifying appropriately risk-assessed solutions to solve their challenges and provide exceptionally high standards of client management.
Previous experience in human resources management is essential. Ideally you will possess previous experience within the education sector, though this position may also suit a professional with a background within the private sector, shared services, Local Authority or Charity.
You should be qualified to a Level 5 in a CIPD human resources qualification or have sufficient training/experience evidenced in human resources practice.
Travel across the West Midlands predominantly will be required where you are responsible for delivering services to Schools/Academies. You will therefore need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
